Alphalogic Industries announced its audited results for FY25 on May 6, 2025. Revenue from operations grew 31.2% to Rs 6,236.82 lakhs compared to Rs 4,753.51 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax rose about 24.6% to Rs 292.79 lakhs (FY24: Rs 234.92 lakhs), with EPS of Rs 2.87 vs Rs 2.39 earlier. Total income stood at Rs 6,359.46 lakhs and profit before tax at Rs 392.06 lakhs. The company also turned around its operating cash flow to a positive Rs 345.54 lakhs (FY24: negative Rs 298.63 lakhs), while borrowings dropped sharply to Rs 76.98 lakhs from Rs 160.58 lakhs. Statutory auditor Patki and Soman issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
This is a positive result for shareholders — strong top-line growth of over 30%, healthy profit increase, improved cash generation and a cleaner balance sheet. The clean auditor opinion and absence of any going-concern flags should be supportive for the stock.
