Alpine Housing posted FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 5,538.36 lakhs, marginally up from Rs 5,488.07 lakhs last year. Total income grew to Rs 5,919.47 lakhs vs Rs 5,755.95 lakhs. Profit after tax surged to Rs 506.29 lakhs from Rs 343.28 lakhs, a growth of around 47%, with EPS rising to Rs 2.92 from Rs 1.98. Net profit margin improved sharply from 5.96% to 8.55%. The construction segment contributed Rs 4,408 lakhs while the manufacturing division contributed Rs 1,511 lakhs in segment revenue. The company remains low-leveraged with debt-equity at 0.17 and net worth of Rs 8,357 lakhs. Statutory auditors issued an unqualified audit opinion, and net cash from operations was positive at Rs 541 lakhs.
Strong earnings growth and improved margins should be viewed positively by shareholders, though the underlying revenue growth was flat, indicating the profit jump came mainly from cost efficiency rather than top-line expansion.
