Altius Telecom files draft offer doc to convert from private to public InvIT

Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust (formerly Data Infrastructure Trust) has filed a Draft Offer Document with SEBI on August 6, 2026 to convert from a privately listed InvIT to a publicly listed one. The public offer will include a fresh issue of units by the Trust plus an offer for sale by selling unitholders. The Trust is already listed on BSE under scrip code 543225. Ten Book Running Lead Managers are advising the offer, including JM Financial, Kotak, Citi, Jefferies and SBI Capital. Unitholders had approved the conversion on April 21, 2026.
