Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust has released its audited financial results for FY ended March 31, 2026. The Trust reported total income of Rs. 53,657 million, down 18% from Rs. 65,536 million in the previous year. Profit after tax declined 30% to Rs. 39,593 million from Rs. 56,795 million. Earnings per unit dropped to Rs. 12.99 from Rs. 19.88 in the prior year. The Trust distributed Rs. 47,676 million to unitholders during the year. Total assets stood at Rs. 495,998 million with total equity of Rs. 341,556 million. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unqualified audit opinion with an emphasis of matter regarding the presentation of Unit Capital as Equity to comply with InvIT Regulations. The Trust holds three SPVs (SDIL, Elevar, RDIPL) and one HoldCo (CDPL) engaged in passive telecom tower infrastructure.
The significant decline in revenue and PAT reflects the impact of the major Elevar acquisition completed in September 2024 and its subsequent consolidation effects. The Trust maintains strong credit ratings (CARE AAA/CRISIL AAA Stable) and continues to distribute regular returns to unitholders.
