The Board of Data Link Investment Manager (acting as Investment Manager of Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust) approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with the annual valuation report by BDO Valuation Advisory LLP. FY25 total income surged to Rs. 65,536 million from Rs. 43,021 million in FY24 (~52% growth), driven mainly by interest income from loans to subsidiaries. Profit after tax rose ~36% to Rs. 56,795 million (from Rs. 41,849 million), translating to earnings per unit of Rs. 19.88 vs Rs. 16.08. Net Distributable Cash Flows grew to Rs. 58,310 million from Rs. 46,766 million, and total distributions to unitholders of Rs. 57,547 million were declared. The trust completed the large acquisition of ATC's India tower business (Elevar Digitel) for Rs. 1,32,877 million in September 2024, funded by a Rs. 66,660 million unit issuance and Rs. 79,000 million of NCDs.
Strong growth in earnings and distributable cash flows is positive for unitholders, supported by the accretive Elevar acquisition. However, debt-equity ratio jumped sharply from 0.04 to 0.39 due to acquisition financing, and standalone operating cash flow remains marginally negative — both points to monitor. Ratings were reaffirmed at AAA/Stable by CRISIL and CARE.
