The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager of Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust approved a total distribution of Rs. 3.9229 per unit for Q3 FY 2024-25, comprising Rs. 2.7502 as Return on Capital and Rs. 1.1727 as Return of Capital. The record date for eligible unitholders is fixed as May 27, 2025, with the distribution to be paid on or before June 3, 2025. The Board also adopted a revised Distribution Policy for the Trust in line with a recent SEBI circular dated May 7, 2025. The meeting was held on May 22, 2025.
