Board approved unaudited Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) results. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 2,597 lakhs from Rs 4,293 lakhs YoY, about a 40 percent drop. Net profit slipped to Rs 287.71 lakhs from Rs 318.21 lakhs; EPS at Rs 3.68 vs Rs 4.07. Company blamed disruption in Fluo-Silicic Acid (FSA) supply due to USA-Iran geopolitical tensions. Statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review conclusion. Management expects production and revenue to improve from the current quarter with restored FSA supply.
Sharp revenue decline is a negative, but management attributes it to a temporary raw material issue and expects recovery, which may limit downside.
