Alufluoride Ltd's board approved its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) unaudited standalone and consolidated results, which received an unmodified limited review from statutory auditor Brahmayya & Co. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹5,843.11 lakhs in Q3, up about 23% from ₹4,735.90 lakhs in Q3 of the previous year, while nine-month revenue grew to ₹15,618.64 lakhs from ₹13,189.41 lakhs. Standalone net profit jumped to ₹944.41 lakhs in Q3 from ₹607.51 lakhs a year earlier, with nine-month profit at ₹2,053.45 lakhs versus ₹1,661.41 lakhs. EPS stood at ₹12.08 for the quarter (vs ₹7.77) and ₹26.26 for nine months. The company noted ongoing challenges in sourcing Silicic Acid and recognised an additional ₹21.22 lakhs in gratuity and leave liabilities due to the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025.
Strong year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit in Q3 signals healthy operating momentum, which is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. Investors should watch raw material supply challenges (Silicic Acid) and the impact of the new Labour Codes on employee-related costs in coming quarters.
