Amanaya Ventures Ltd reported standalone unaudited results for H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025). Revenue from operations fell to ₹1,472.69 lakhs from ₹1,943.62 lakhs in H1 FY25, a YoY decline of about 24%. Profit after tax dropped to ₹16.97 lakhs from ₹26.78 lakhs, down roughly 37%, with EPS at ₹0.46 vs ₹0.72 earlier. However, PAT recovered from just ₹2.40 lakhs in the preceding half-year (H2 FY25). Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at -₹82.58 lakhs versus +₹38.99 lakhs in FY25, driven mainly by a jump in trade receivables and other financial assets. The statutory auditor (R.K. Dingliwal & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review opinion. Notably, trade receivables include ₹19.91 lakhs from Rawaat Al Dewan Gold & Jewellery Trading LLC (Dubai, 100% owned by CFO/Whole Time Director Mr. Manan Mahajan) and ₹134.91 lakhs from Amanaya Precious Metals LLP, a promoter group entity.
The 24% revenue decline and 37% PAT drop signal weakening business performance, while negative operating cash flow and high related-party receivables concentrated with the CFO's and promoter group's overseas entities are key red flags investors should track closely. Despite the YoY weakness, sequential recovery in profitability from H2 FY25 offers some comfort.
