Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited's Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.20 per equity share (520% on face value of ₹1) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 41st AGM. This comes on top of an interim dividend of ₹5.40 per share already paid in November 2025, making the total annual dividend ₹10.60 per share—slightly higher than ₹10.50 per share paid in FY2024-25. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹13,548.86 crore for FY2026 (up 9.2% YoY) and standalone PAT of ₹1,306.93 crore. Consolidated PAT was ₹1,206.89 crore. Notable items include a ₹181.15 crore insurance claim settlement for the 2023 fire accident at Chittoor facility, partially offset by a ₹43.80 crore exceptional charge from new labour code provisions.
The company maintained dividend continuity with a marginal increase, signalling stable cash flows. The insurance claim windfall and solid revenue growth are positive for shareholder confidence, though the consolidated PAT declined slightly YoY due to exceptional items.
