Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 5.40 per share, equal to 540 percent of face value, for 2025-26. The record date is November 13 and payment is due by December 5. Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 6.7 percent to Rs 3,467.02 crore and net profit rose 17.4 percent to Rs 276.49 crore. Profit included a one-time Rs 121.79 crore business interruption claim.
The dividend supports shareholder returns and profit grew, but the one-time claim boosted quarterly earnings, leaving underlying growth less strong.
