On the reaction day the stock moved 7.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.0 pts less than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Amarjothi Spinning Mills issued a corrigendum to its FY26 audited results. A typographical error was found where the PDF consolidated P&L March 2025 comparative column mistakenly showed March 2024 values. XBRL filing was already correct, so no XBRL revision is needed. Auditors gave an unqualified opinion. Standalone FY26 revenue was Rs. 206.05 crore, PAT Rs. 9.37 crore (prior year Rs. 11.04 crore). Consolidated revenue was Rs. 223.69 crore, PAT Rs. 9.52 crore. Board recommended 22 percent dividend at Rs. 2.20 per share. AGM set for August 27, 2026.
Correction is clerical only; XBRL data was already accurate. Results show revenue and profit decline. Dividend maintained at 22 percent.
