Final Dividend ~ Record date 23rd September,2025

Amba Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that it is shifting from the earlier book closure window (24/09/2025 to 30/09/2025) to a single record date of 23/09/2025 for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for FY 2024-25. The dividend amount itself will be declared at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting and paid to members whose names appear in the register of members/beneficial owners as on the record date. There will be no closure of the transfer books. The cut-off date of 23/09/2025 was already flagged in the Annual Report 2024-25, but BSE subsequently asked the company to use a record date instead of a book closure.
