Board approved unaudited Q1 FY27 consolidated results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 4,356 lakhs from Rs. 4,034 lakhs. Net profit fell 52 percent YoY to Rs. 398 lakhs versus Rs. 822 lakhs, hurt by lower other income (Q1 FY26 had a Rs. 665 lakh one-time sales tax reversal). PBT was Rs. 468 lakhs. EPS at Rs. 0.52 versus Rs. 1.07. Electronics segment revenue grew 23 percent to Rs. 1,833 lakhs. Pharmaceuticals revenue was nearly flat at Rs. 2,526 lakhs. Statutory auditors issued an unqualified review report.
Profit decline mainly reflects an unfavorable year-on-year comparison from a one-time tax reversal in the base, not core weakness. Margins remain under pressure.
