Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises posted Q1 FY27 consolidated results: revenue from operations rose 8 percent YoY to Rs 43.56 crore, but net profit fell 52 percent to Rs 3.98 crore versus Rs 8.22 crore last year. Pharma segment results nearly halved to Rs 4.38 crore from Rs 8.38 crore. Electronics revenue grew 23 percent to Rs 18.33 crore. Standalone PAT collapsed to Rs 3 lakh from Rs 6.88 crore. Auditor issued an unqualified review report.
Sharp fall in profitability despite top-line growth, mainly in pharma segment and lower other income, may weigh on the stock near term.
