The Board of Ambani Orgochem approved a reduction in its preferential issue of Convertible Warrants. Ms. Bhavna Girikrishna Maniar (2,500 warrants, public category) has been excluded. Total size reduced from up to 43,95,000 to 43,92,500 warrants, raising up to Rs. 43.93 crores at Rs. 100 per warrant. Allottees drop from 10 to 9. Issue price and relevant date unchanged. A corrigendum to the October 26 EGM notice was approved.
