The board approved receipt of Rs 29.11 lakh as the second tranche for preferential allotment of convertible warrants. The warrants are priced at Rs 21.50 each, including an Rs 11.50 premium and Rs 10 face value. Payments came from Rajveer Dinesh Singh, Garima Venture Finance Limited and Arpit Singh.
The payment advances the warrant issue and creates potential future dilution for existing shareholders when the warrants convert.
