Amber Enterprises posted Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 3,887.7 crore, up 12.7% YoY from Rs 3,449.1 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to about 9.25% from 8.3%. Reported consolidated PAT (to equity holders) fell to Rs 45.1 crore from Rs 103.5 crore due to a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 122.6 crore linked to IL JIN's Ascent stake buyout; excluding this, PAT grew strongly. Board cleared results and set 36th AGM for 16 September 2026.
Operational growth and margin expansion are positives, but exceptional item drags reported PAT. Watch AGM outcome and impact of fire at IL JIN plant.
