Amber Enterprises reported FY26 consolidated revenue of INR12,186 crores (+22% YoY), operating EBITDA of INR970 crores (+22%), and adjusted PAT of INR338 crores (+22%). The Electronics division led growth at +49% to INR3,268 crores, followed by Railway (+19% to INR535 crores) and Consumer Durable (+14% to INR8,383 crores). Management guided for 50-100 bps margin pressure at consolidated level in FY27 due to commodity inflation (copper clad laminate up 60%, gold up 60%), minimum wage increases (35% in Haryana, 22% in UP), and currency depreciation. Electronics division is expected to grow 40% in FY27 with margins in 9.5-10% range, while Railway division targets 30-35% growth for both FY27 and FY28. Net debt reduced to INR511 crores from INR780 crores. Capex guidance is INR1,800-2,000 crores for FY27 with cash outflows of INR1,100-1,200 crores.
Margin pressure guidance suggests near-term profitability headwinds despite strong revenue growth. The stock may face pressure if investors focus on the 50-100 bps EBITDA margin compression, though diversified growth across three divisions and robust order book (Railway INR2,600+ crores) provides earnings visibility.
