On the reaction day the stock moved 6.9 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 6.3 pts less than its Household Appliances peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2025 quarter, unaudited group revenue was Rs 1,647.01 crore, down 2.2% year on year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell 72.8% to Rs 106.92 crore. It posted a pre-tax loss of Rs 47.77 crore and a net loss. Six-month revenue rose 65.1% to Rs 5,096.14 crore after acquisitions, but operating cash outflow reached Rs 771.56 crore. Prior figures were restated.
Profit and cash flow weakness may pressure the stock. Revenue growth and new capital offer support, but new share issues may dilute holders.
