Ambika Cotton Mills reported strong full-year results for FY 2025-26. Revenue from operations grew 11.2% to Rs. 78,095 Lakhs from Rs. 70,207 Lakhs. Profit after tax increased 8.9% to Rs. 7,156 Lakhs from Rs. 6,574 Lakhs, while EPS rose to Rs. 125.00 from Rs. 114.83. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 37 per share (370%). Key notes: the company incurred a foreign currency fluctuation loss of Rs. 15.41 Crores (including MTM loss of Rs. 9.37 Crores); invested Rs. 61.62 Crores in capex from internal accruals; and proposes to modernize its plant at Rs. 75 Crores (operational from January 2027). Borrowings were fully repaid, reducing to nil from Rs. 5,072 Lakhs. Cash and cash equivalents nearly doubled to Rs. 16,841 Lakhs. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications or going concern issues.
