Ambo Agritec Ltd reported its H1 FY26 (April-September 2025) results with a clean (unqualified) limited review report from statutory auditor M/s Dokania S. Kumar & Co. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 6,177.09 lakhs (up ~20% from Rs 5,164.47 lakhs in H1 FY25). Standalone profit after tax jumped 55% to Rs 220.17 lakhs (vs Rs 142.07 lakhs), with EBITDA margin expanding to about 6.4% from 5.4% YoY. Consolidated revenue was Rs 6,173.00 lakhs and consolidated PAT was Rs 139.88 lakhs (up ~8% YoY). Total assets nearly 42% higher at Rs 9,590 lakhs vs Rs 6,761 lakhs as on March 2025, supported by Rs 23.51 crore inflow from conversion of 1.04 crore warrants into equity shares. Short-term borrowings rose to Rs 1,928 lakhs from Rs 1,437 lakhs.
Strong YoY profit growth on a standalone basis is a positive signal, but EPS slipped to Rs 1.30 from Rs 1.50 despite higher PAT, reflecting dilution from the recent warrant conversions. Rising short-term debt and weak operating cash flow (Rs 56 lakhs standalone) are points to watch for retail investors.
