Amco India Limited reported its Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) and 9M FY26 unaudited results, approved at the board meeting on 10th February 2026. Revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs 2,852.53 lakhs, almost flat versus Rs 2,854.10 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue rose to Rs 8,863.61 lakhs from Rs 8,079.47 lakhs, a growth of about 9.7%. However, profit before tax plunged to Rs 20.94 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs 91.27 lakhs YoY) and Rs 38.31 lakhs for 9M FY26 (vs Rs 211.59 lakhs YoY), an 82% drop. Net profit for 9M fell to Rs 27.65 lakhs from Rs 152.73 lakhs, and EPS dropped to Rs 0.67 from Rs 3.72. Statutory auditors V.V. Kale & Company issued an unqualified (clean) Limited Review Report with no qualifications.
Margins have sharply compressed even as top-line has stayed roughly steady — shareholders should note that profitability has deteriorated significantly, with 9M net profit down ~82% year-on-year. The clean auditor report removes accounting concerns, but the steep fall in earnings is a negative signal for the stock in the near term.
