Amco India's board, meeting on May 30, 2025, approved audited results for FY25. Full-year revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 10,530.29 Lacs (vs Rs. 10,358.82 Lacs in FY24), while net profit jumped about 127% to Rs. 187.45 Lacs (vs Rs. 82.52 Lacs). Q4 FY25 revenue grew roughly 23% YoY to Rs. 2,450.82 Lacs and Q4 net profit rose about 42% to Rs. 34.72 Lacs. EPS for the year more than doubled to Rs. 4.56 from Rs. 2.01. The Aluminium Foil segment drove nearly all revenue, with PVC Film/Sheeting reporting nil sales in the year. Statutory auditor V.V. Kale & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications or adverse remarks.
Strong profit growth and improved margins are positive for shareholders, but the swing to negative operating cash flow of Rs. 406.53 Lacs (vs a Rs. 673.12 Lacs inflow last year) is a watch point as it signals working capital pressure despite higher reported profits.
