Ameenji Rubber's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, with auditors issuing an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion. Revenue from operations rose to ₹4,270.41 lakhs from ₹3,936.94 lakhs in the same period last year, an increase of about 8.5%. Profit after tax nearly doubled to ₹437.59 lakhs versus ₹215.00 lakhs in H1 FY25, with EPS at ₹5.28 (vs ₹2.60). PBT margin expanded meaningfully from around 7.3% to 13.4%, aided by lower raw material costs and improved operating leverage. The company recently listed on BSE's SME platform on October 6, 2025, and this is its first set of results as a listed entity. Cash balance remains thin at ₹15.19 lakhs, while long-term borrowings rose to ₹3,360.15 lakhs from ₹2,616 lakhs, reflecting capacity expansion.
Strong earnings beat with PAT more than doubling year-on-year signals improving profitability and operational efficiency, which should be viewed positively by shareholders. However, the very low cash balance and rising debt levels are points to watch, especially given capital expenditure is ongoing.
