Amic Forging Ltd reported audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25 with total income from operations rising to Rs. 12,614.67 lakhs from Rs. 8,558.56 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 47%. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 1,860.04 lakhs and standalone profit after tax came in at Rs. 1,383.31 lakhs versus Rs. 1,283.38 lakhs in FY24, a modest growth of roughly 8%. The board also approved audited annual accounts for FY25 and appointed new Secretarial, Cost and Internal Auditors for FY26 onwards. Statutory auditor K.N. Gutgutia & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, and operating cash flow turned positive at Rs. 601.47 lakhs in FY25 compared to a negative Rs. 796.14 lakhs in FY24.
Strong top-line growth of nearly 47% signals healthy demand expansion, but the much smaller PAT growth (~8%) indicates margin pressure from rising input or operating costs. Clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flow are reassuring for shareholders, while the auditor appointments are routine governance matters and unlikely to move the stock.
