Amines & Plasticizers Limited announced its Q3 FY26 and nine-month unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results, approved by the Board on February 13, 2026. For Q3 FY26, standalone revenue from operations fell to ₹14,242.62 lakhs, down roughly 25% from ₹18,966.35 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹759.32 lakhs versus ₹916.95 lakhs a year earlier, with EPS at ₹1.38. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue declined to ₹41,555.85 lakhs from ₹49,189.86 lakhs in the prior-year period, and PAT dropped to ₹2,111.55 lakhs from ₹2,690.27 lakhs. Statutory auditor SARA & Associates issued an unmodified limited review report for both standalone and consolidated results. The company noted that it is still assessing the impact of the four Labour Codes notified by the Government of India in November 2025.
Both top-line and bottom-line shrank meaningfully year-on-year, signalling a weak quarter that could pressure the stock in the near term. The results remain profitable in absolute terms and carry a clean auditor report, but the sharp revenue contraction is the key concern for shareholders.
