Infomerics upgraded the company's long-term credit rating to IVR A+/Stable from IVR A/Positive and reaffirmed the short-term rating at IVR A1. Total bank facilities were enhanced to Rs 1,015 cr from Rs 915 cr. Upgrade reflects FY26 revenue growth of 14.3% to Rs 2,287 cr, PAT up 70% to Rs 103 cr, and improved gearing to 0.82x from 2.07x post-March 2026 IPO. Outlook remains Stable.
Improved credit profile post-IPO signals stronger fundamentals, supports cheaper funding access, and may boost investor confidence in the Aeroplane rice brand.
