The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 2026. Consolidated revenue rose 56% to Rs 1,732.06 lakh in Q2 and 25% to Rs 3,162.50 lakh in H1. Net profit was Rs 513.76 lakh in Q2 and Rs 851.03 lakh in H1, nearly flat year on year. Segment profit margin fell to 35.7% from 38.3%. H1 operating cash flow was positive but fell to Rs 208.37 lakh from Rs 944.35 lakh. The review found no material misstatement.
Shareholders may see limited earnings momentum despite strong sales, as profit was nearly flat, the margin weakened and operating cash flow fell.
