Ampvolts Ltd (formerly Quest Softech India), which operates in the EV chargers and charging stations business, announced Q3 FY26 results on February 12, 2026. Revenue from operations jumped sharply to ₹688.45 lakhs from just ₹39.60 lakhs in the same quarter last year, an over 17-fold increase. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue rose to ₹935.94 lakhs versus ₹105.18 lakhs a year earlier. The company swung to a profit after tax of ₹153.21 lakhs in Q3 from a loss of ₹12.01 lakhs, and posted a 9-month PAT of ₹142.22 lakhs versus a loss of ₹74 lakhs last year. Statutory auditor Bansi Khandelwal & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong top-line growth and a clean swing to profitability suggest the company's pivot to the EV charging business is gaining real traction, which is a positive sign for shareholders. However, the very low prior-year base means the growth percentages are optically inflated, so investors should watch for sustained performance in coming quarters.
