Promoter AV AC DC Renew Pvt Ltd created a new pledge of 37,03,704 equity shares of Ampvolts Limited (13.47 percent of total share capital) in favour of Cholamandalam Securities on August 26, 2026, to secure a working capital loan for the company. Promoter holds 55.25 percent of Ampvolts. After this pledge, total encumbered promoter shares rise to 71,68,225, or 27.88 percent of total share capital and about 50.46 percent of promoter holding. Earlier pledges of 5,40,541 and 29,23,980 shares were already in place with Mufin Green Finance.
