Amrapali Industries Limited submitted its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, approved by the Board on 13 February 2026. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 rose to about Rs 1,500.27 lakhs from Rs 1,069.93 lakhs in Q3 FY25, an increase of roughly 40%. Net profit for the quarter jumped sharply to about Rs 305.65 lakhs from Rs 37.46 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, total income stood at around Rs 3,147.35 lakhs, with net profit of Rs 373.90 lakhs. The statutory auditor, B.B. Gusani & Associates, issued an unmodified (clean) limited review conclusion on both the standalone and consolidated results. The consolidated results include the subsidiary Amrapali Industries Global IFSC.
Strong topline and bottomline growth in Q3 suggests improving business momentum, which is positive for shareholders. The clean auditor's opinion and absence of any qualifications add credibility to the numbers.
