Amraworld Agrico Ltd reported its audited financial results for FY25 with the auditor issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. Full-year revenue from operations fell to Rs. 45.94 lakhs from Rs. 56.63 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 19%. Net profit after tax for the year dropped sharply to Rs. 25.50 lakhs from Rs. 42.72 lakhs, a fall of around 40%. However, the standalone Q4 (quarter ended March 2025) results showed a loss of Rs. 38.34 lakhs, with negative revenue of Rs. 30.88 lakhs reported. Other equity remains negative at Rs. (44.49) lakhs, indicating accumulated losses, though the company has no significant borrowings and operating cash flow was positive at Rs. 403.93 lakhs.
Shareholders should note a meaningful decline in both annual revenue and profits, coupled with a negative Q4 result and continued negative other equity, signalling weak operating performance despite a clean audit opinion.
