Q1 FY27 standalone revenue grew 22% YoY to Rs 245.68 cr from Rs 201.02 cr. Profit before exceptional items and tax jumped 69% to Rs 52.53 cr. PAT was nearly flat at Rs 23.51 cr due to a Rs 20.99 cr exceptional charge compensating clients for fraud in the depository participant business. Operating margin expanded sharply to 21.38% from 15.45%. Board approved raising up to Rs 500 cr via NCDs and setting up a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai to serve NRI and HNI clients. Material related party transactions sent for shareholder approval via postal ballot.
Strong revenue and margin growth offset by one-time fraud loss. Capital raise and Dubai expansion signal growth focus. Mixed near-term sentiment.
