Board declared a first interim dividend of Rs 6 per share, 120% of the Rs 5 face value, totalling Rs 49.81 crore, with an October 17, 2025 record date and payment within 30 days. In the September quarter, consolidated revenue rose 22.6% to Rs 297.37 crore, profit after tax rose 30.9% to Rs 99.90 crore and earnings per share was Rs 12.03. Half-year profit after tax was Rs 193.81 crore. It also approved a proposed GIFT City subsidiary.
Eligible holders receive Rs 6 per share within 30 days. Strong profit growth may support sentiment, but dividend yield needs the share price.
