Anand Rayons reported standalone unaudited results for Q3 FY26 (ended Dec 31, 2025) with revenue from operations of Rs. 126.66 crore, up 69.7% from Rs. 74.64 crore in Q3 FY25. Net profit surged about 4.5x to Rs. 4.50 crore from Rs. 0.81 crore. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, revenue grew 38.2% to Rs. 314.87 crore and profit after tax nearly tripled to Rs. 7.17 crore versus Rs. 2.41 crore in 9M FY25. Notably, 9M FY26 revenue has already crossed full-year FY25 revenue of Rs. 313.75 crore. Basic EPS for Q3 rose to Rs. 2.11 from Rs. 0.54. The statutory auditors (M.R. Bombaywala & Co.) issued an unmodified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Strong double-digit revenue growth and a multi-fold jump in profits indicate robust operating momentum in the textile business, which is positive for shareholder sentiment. Investors should still watch for sustainability given the modest absolute profit base and thin margins.
