The Board of Anand Rayons Ltd approved standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations for H1 FY26 stood at approximately Rs. 18,821 lacs, up from Rs. 15,325 lacs in H1 FY25 — a growth of roughly 23% year-on-year. Profit after tax for H1 FY26 came in at Rs. 267.54 lacs compared to Rs. 159.27 lacs in H1 FY25, an increase of about 68%, with basic EPS at Rs. 1.26 (vs Rs. 1.06). Total assets rose to Rs. 15,048 lacs as of 30/09/2025 from Rs. 9,891 lacs at March-end 2025, supported by higher share capital and reserves. However, cash flow from operations turned negative at Rs. (442) lacs versus a positive Rs. 1,123 lacs in FY25, mainly because trade receivables surged sharply to Rs. 8,278 lacs. The statutory auditor (M.R. Bombaywala & Co.) issued a clean review report with no qualifications.
Strong top-line growth and a ~68% jump in half-yearly profit are positive signals for shareholders, but the swing to negative operating cash flow and ballooning trade receivables warrant close watch on collections and working-capital discipline.
