Infomerics upgraded Anant Raj's credit ratings on its Rs 351 crore bank facilities. Long term rating moved from BBB/Stable to A-/Stable (Rs 272 crore) and short term from A3+ to A2+ (Rs 79 crore). The upgrade was based on FY25 audited results and operational and financial performance. Outlook remains stable. The new ratings are valid for one year from January 14, 2026.
Positive signal. Rating upgrade reflects stronger credit profile, may lower borrowing costs, and boosts investor confidence in the company.
