The board approved unaudited Q2 FY27 results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 4.9% year on year to Rs 661.53 crore and profit rose 13.3% to Rs 156.49 crore. Half-year revenue was Rs 1,292.93 crore and profit Rs 305.68 crore. Implied EBITDA margin expanded from 28.2% to 32.6%, and the auditor gave an unmodified review. Updates covered Singapore cloud cooperation, a 1.22 million sq ft RERA project, 28 MW of data-centre capacity and a pending group reorganisation.
Positive: profit and margins improved, while cloud and housing projects add growth potential. Risks include execution, approvals and expansion spending.
