Andhra Cements reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of 10,326 lakhs, up about 56% from 6,633 lakhs YoY. Nine month revenue grew to 28,764 lakhs from 18,458. However, net loss stood at 4,414 lakhs for Q3 and 11,568 lakhs for 9M, slightly wider YoY. Finance costs remain high at 6,778 lakhs for 9M. An exceptional item for fuel and power cost adjustment was booked. Parent Sagar Cements sold 7.15 million shares via OFS to meet minimum public shareholding norms.
Strong top-line growth but persistent losses and heavy finance costs weigh on the stock. Parent OFS increases public float, adding some supply pressure.
