Andhra Cements Limited reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 jumped to Rs 11,026 lakhs, up about 66% from Rs 6,633 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue rose to Rs 28,764 lakhs from Rs 18,458 lakhs, a growth of roughly 56%. Despite this strong topline growth, the company continued to post losses — net loss for Q3 stood at Rs 4,414 lakhs and for 9M FY26 at Rs 11,568 lakhs, only marginally better than the prior year. High finance costs (Rs 6,778 lakhs for 9M) and power & fuel expenses (Rs 10,685 lakhs) continue to weigh on profitability. The auditor B S R and Co issued an unmodified limited review conclusion.
Strong revenue growth signals improving demand or pricing, but persistent losses and high debt servicing costs mean shareholders are unlikely to see a turnaround in profitability soon. The stock remains a high-risk bet contingent on cost rationalization and better operating leverage.
