The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025. Quarter revenue fell 16.3% year on year to Rs 36,207.93 lakh, and the company posted a Rs 2,026.23 lakh net loss versus Rs 4,172.40 lakh profit last year. Six-month profit was Rs 104.31 lakh, down from Rs 6,940.79 lakh. A worker strike and a 14-day planned plant outage disrupted production. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs 6,408.80 lakh, and the auditor found no material misstatement.
Weak quarterly profit and lower margins may pressure the stock, though positive operating cash flow and resumed plant operations offer some support.
