Andhra Petrochemicals posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 1409 lakhs, down sharply from Rs 14146 lakhs a year ago, due to plant shutdown since March 2026. HPCL stopped propylene supply on a government order linked to the Iran-US-Israel conflict. The company reported a loss of Rs 325 lakhs versus Rs 842 lakh loss last year. Loss per share stood at Rs 0.38.
Plant remained shut until 4 Aug 2026 due to uneconomical HPCL pricing; weak near-term outlook persists.
