On the reaction day the stock moved 4.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.9 pts less than its Leather And Leather Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Anka India’s consolidated revenue from operations fell to Rs 163.93 lakh in the September 2026 quarter from Rs 561.43 lakh, while net profit of Rs 9.54 lakh became a loss of Rs 34.67 lakh. Half-year revenue was Rs 440.39 lakh and net loss Rs 29.47 lakh. Auditors qualified both reviews due to Rs 18.96 crore of goodwill left untested for impairment and a Rs 35.38 lakh tax credit carried as an asset.
The qualified review, revenue decline and operating cash outflow raise downside risk for shareholders and could weigh on the stock.
