Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue rose to 87.62 cr from 33.31 cr YoY, helped by Remember India consolidation. EBITDA at 15.65 cr, PAT at 8.28 cr. EBITDA margin slipped to about 17% due to a sharp rise in solvent and raw material prices tied to the geopolitical situation and Remember India being in a turnaround phase. Management guides margin recovery to 25 to 30 percent by Q2 to Q3 FY27. FY27 revenue target held at 350 to 400 cr, FY28 target about 700 cr supported by 130 cr CAPEX adding 1200 MT capacity. PAT margin guided at 12 to 13 percent.
Near-term margin pressure from raw material costs and acquisition integration, but revenue scaling and capacity expansion support medium-term growth.
