On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.3 pts more than its Oil Gas & Consumable Fuels peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Promoter Chakshu Goyal of Anmol India has pledged 32.95 lakh shares (5.79% of capital) with SBI as collateral for a credit facility of about Rs 155 crore taken by the company. His encumbered shares rise to 1.00 crore (17.61% of capital). Combined promoter encumbrance now stands at 50% or more of promoter holdings. Loan will fund company working capital.
Promoter encumbrance crosses 50% of holdings, a red flag. Pledged shares cover only a small part of the Rs 155 crore loan.
