Anna Infrastructures reported weak Q2 FY26 results with revenue from operations of just Rs 7.27 lacs, down from Rs 8.15 lacs in Q1 FY26 and Rs 29.52 lacs in Q2 FY25. For the half-year (H1 FY26), revenue fell sharply to Rs 15.42 lacs versus Rs 40.32 lacs in H1 FY25, driven by the real estate segment reporting zero revenue (compared to Rs 22.80 lacs last year). Despite the revenue drop, the company posted a net profit of Rs 0.05 lacs for the quarter and Rs 3.58 lacs for the half-year, beating last year's H1 profit of Rs 1.61 lacs, helped by lower finance costs and other income. The financing segment remains the only operational contributor, while the real estate business continues to make losses (Rs 6.37 lacs segment loss in Q2). Cash flow from operations was strong at Rs 197.25 lacs, supported by a Rs 130.52 lacs reduction in current assets. The limited review report from Manish Goyal & Co. is clean with no qualifications.
Shareholders should note the concerning steep revenue decline and near-zero quarterly profit, which signals weak core business momentum, though the absence of debt and positive operating cash flow provide some comfort. The stock may remain thinly traded and range-bound given the very small scale of operations.
