Annual Report FY2025-26 and 91st AGM notice filed

Amalgamated Electricity Company filed its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 along with the 91st AGM notice scheduled for September 25, 2026 via video conferencing. AGM items include adoption of audited financials, appointment of Vatsaraj and Co as statutory auditors through 2030 AGM, appointment of Ms. Aradhana Kurup as Managing Director for 5 years without remuneration, and approval for investments and loans up to Rs 700 crore under Section 186. Vatsaraj and Co was appointed on September 9, 2025 to fill a casual vacancy after the previous statutory auditors resigned.
