The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on June 30, 2025 dismissed a Section 7 Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code petition seeking initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Ansal Housing Limited. The case, filed by Rajiv Kumar Mahajan and others, was a restoration attempt of an earlier petition from 2019 (C.P. (I.B)- 1369/2019).
