Ansal Housing Ltd submitted its Annual Report for FY 2024-25. Standalone total revenue dipped slightly to ₹38,398.83 lakhs from ₹38,935.26 lakhs (down ~1%). EBITDA, however, fell sharply to ₹3,786.99 lakhs from ₹7,207.21 lakhs, showing clear margin compression. Profit after tax jumped to ₹1,913.93 lakhs from ₹375.41 lakhs, driven largely by exceptional income of ₹6,058.68 lakhs. Consolidated revenue was nearly flat at ₹46,398.89 lakhs while consolidated PAT rose to ₹1,809.50 lakhs from ₹793.24 lakhs. EPS improved to ₹2.75 from ₹0.54. The Board did not recommend any dividend. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion, and directors confirmed accounts were prepared on a going concern basis.
The headline PAT jump looks strong, but most of it came from a one-time exceptional gain rather than core operations, as reflected in the EBITDA nearly halving. Revenue was also flat to slightly down. For shareholders, this is a mixed picture — bottom-line optics are positive but underlying business profitability has weakened, and no dividend was declared.
